Product overview

The Stertil-Koni ST1065FXV is built for a different job from a conventional truck column lift: safely engaging very large industrial wheels. Its 500 mm-long, 770 mm-wide fork is designed for wheel diameters up to 1,800 mm, making it relevant to earthmoving, mining, construction and airport-support equipment that standard forks may not accommodate. Each column carries up to 6,500 kg and the hydraulic lifting system uses microprocessor-controlled synchronisation to keep multiple columns tracking together. Two selectable lowering speeds allow the operator to approach support stands more precisely during wheel, brake and undercarriage work. This is a specialist model, so vehicle wheel diameter is just as important as capacity. Reducer plates are used for smaller wheel ranges, and Iron Lift should confirm the exact wheel, axle and vehicle geometry before the system is specified.

Workshop fit

Wheel diameter and load distribution are critical for this model. Genesis lists the fork as 500 mm long and 770 mm wide for wheels up to 1,800 mm. Stertil-Koni documentation identifies reducer plates for smaller wheel ranges. Each column is rated to 6,500 kg, so confirm actual wheel load, tyre profile, wheel diameter, axle spacing, column quantity, workshop floor and clearances before selection.

Frequently asked questions

What makes ST1065FXV different from a standard mobile column?
Its wide fork is specifically designed around very large wheel diameters found on mining, construction and industrial vehicles.
The published maximum is approximately 1,800 mm, with reducer plates used for specified smaller wheel ranges.
6,500 kg per column.
Yes. The model has two selectable lowering speeds for more controlled placement.
Genesis and Stertil-Koni source material list up to 28 columns. The actual project configuration should still be confirmed before quotation.
