Product overview

The Stertil-Koni ST1130 is a specialist high-capacity mobile column for vehicles whose wheel size and weight sit beyond normal road-fleet equipment. Genesis lists a 13,000 kg capacity per column and detachable 650 mm forks designed for wheel diameters of approximately 1,400 to 2,200 mm. Its wireless hydraulic system combines microprocessor-managed synchronisation with eBright touchscreen control. The taller 2,060 mm lifting height provides working clearance around large off-highway vehicles, while mechanical locking and overload protection remain independent layers of the lifting controls. Because this model is aimed at mining and industrial equipment, the lift set should be engineered around the actual machine rather than chosen from total capacity alone. Wheel geometry, load at each tyre, axle arrangement and floor loading all need to be reviewed before quotation.

The ST1130 is not a general truck-column substitute. Confirm actual wheel diameter, tyre width, wheel load, axle spacing, machine geometry and floor loading. Genesis lists approximately 1,400-2,200 mm wheel-diameter suitability, 13,000 kg per column, 2,060 mm lifting height and 1,500 kg column weight. Genesis states up to 32 linked columns; confirm the current Australian control-system limit for large installations before publishing or quoting.
