Product overview

The Stertil-Koni ST1075 gives heavy-vehicle workshops a flexible way to create a lifting bay where and when it is needed. Each column engages a vehicle wheel and provides 7,500 kg of rated lifting capacity, allowing columns to be arranged to suit the axle layout of the vehicle rather than committing the workshop to a permanent fixed hoist position. With a published lifting height of approximately 1,850 mm and a 75-second rise time, the ST1075 is suited to routine truck, bus and fleet servicing where fast under-vehicle access matters. Hydraulic lifting and electronic synchronisation manage the columns as a coordinated set while retaining the mobility that makes column lifts valuable in multi-use workshops. For Iron Lift customers, the ST1075 is best treated as a configurable lifting system rather than a single standalone machine. Final column quantity, control configuration, wheel/fork suitability, floor condition, charging or power arrangement and any axle-stand or adapter requirements should be matched to the actual fleet before quotation.

Workshop fit

Confirm gross vehicle mass, individual wheel/axle loads, wheel diameter and width, axle spacing, number of lifting points, floor level/condition and workshop access before selection. Rated capacity is per column; total system capacity must not be used as a substitute for checking actual load distribution at every lifting point. The current Stertil-Koni manufacturer specification lists about 1,850 mm lifting height, 75-second rise time and 2,465 mm column height. Final Australian wireless/cabled control configuration and maximum linked-column count must be confirmed with Genesis before publication and quotation.

Frequently asked questions

How much can each ST1075 column lift?
Genesis lists the ST1075 as the 7,500 kg mobile-column model. Vehicle suitability still depends on the actual wheel/axle load carried by every individual column.
Stertil-Koni publishes a lifting height of approximately 1,850 mm.
No. Mobile columns are positioned at the vehicle wheels and can be moved away when not required, subject to the approved operating procedure and suitable floor conditions.
That depends on the number of axles, wheel positions and the loads carried at each lifting point. Iron Lift should size the set from the actual vehicle fleet rather than assuming a standard quantity.
Yes. Iron Lift can assist with system selection, installation/commissioning planning, servicing and parts enquiries subject to location, supplier availability and the final supplied configuration.
