Product overview

The Stertil-Koni EARTHLIFT 8.5T combines the mobility of an 8,500 kg-per-column wireless lifting system with Active Energy Retrieval System technology. During lowering, the system recovers gravitational energy back into the battery system, reducing the amount of charging required between lifting cycles. For workshop use, the core advantages remain those of the ST1085-class mobile platform: eBright touchscreen control, synchronised hydraulic lifting, adjustable forks and independent mechanical locks. The difference is the energy-management package, which is designed for facilities that value fewer charging interruptions and lower electrical consumption. EARTHLIFT is particularly relevant to high-utilisation fleet environments where the columns move between vehicles and bays throughout the day. As with any mobile-column system, the correct number of columns and fork configuration must be matched to the actual axle loads and wheel dimensions.
