Product overview

The Stertil-Koni ST1100 steps the standard mobile-column format up to 10,000 kg per lifting column. It is intended for workshops where heavy axle loads and larger commercial vehicles demand more reserve capacity without giving up the flexibility of a movable wheel-engaging lifting system. Genesis Australia lists wireless and cabled versions, eBright touchscreen operation, automatic synchronisation and adjustable lowering speed. The 300 mm adjustable forks support different wheel sizes, while retractable wheels make each column easier to position before the system is loaded. For mining, fleet and transport workshops, the ST1100 allows a lifting system to be configured around multiple axle layouts while leaving the floor clear when the columns are stored. The actual set must be sized from wheel loads, wheel dimensions and the vehicles to be serviced.

Workshop fit

Check gross mass and individual wheel/axle loads, wheel diameter and width, axle layout, floor condition, ceiling height, charging or cabled supply and the number of columns required. Genesis lists approximately 615 kg per wireless column, 2,465 mm column height and 1,850 mm lifting height. The Australian Genesis page states up to 32 linked columns; confirm the current supplied control-system limit before relying on that figure for large multi-axle projects.

Frequently asked questions

What is the ST1100 capacity?
10,000 kg per column, subject to the actual load at each lifting point.
Yes. Genesis Australia lists both configurations.
Genesis lists 230 V charging for wireless columns and a 400 V connection for the cabled configuration.
The listed lifting height is 1,850 mm.
It suits heavy truck, bus, mining and industrial fleets where 8.5 tonne-per-column systems do not provide enough individual wheel-load capacity.
