The Iron Lift X-RISE 55 is the general-service counterpart to the X-RISE 55A alignment model. It provides 5,500 kg capacity on long 5,018 mm runways for workshops that need a heavy-duty drive-on scissor platform without alignment turnplate provisions. A robust X-scissor structure is supported by four hydraulic cylinders arranged in two groups for platform synchronisation. Large non-skid platforms and a pull-out tool shelf support everyday inspection and under-vehicle maintenance. The safety system combines hydraulic locking with an air-operated self-locking mechanical lock and an automatic stop during lowering. Rolling-jack options can be added where wheel-free service is required.
