The Iron Lift X-RISE 40M is a 4,000 kg stationary mid-rise scissor hoist for high-throughput wheel-free service work. Long two-stage approach ramps provide access from either direction, with a first-stage ramp height of only 60 mm to assist vehicles with limited ground clearance. Its dual hydraulic circuits and four-cylinder lifting arrangement support controlled platform movement, while the selflocking hydraulic system removes the need for an external air supply for the lock function. The platforms extend from 1,560 mm to 1,960 mm and the hoist can be configured for surface or flush installation, giving workshops a choice between straightforward retrofit installation and a cleaner integrated bay layout.
