Product overview

The Iron Lift MONARCH 65HDA is the extended heavy-duty alignment model in the MONARCH range. Its 5,816 mm runways are 724 mm longer than the source model’s standard 6.5 tonne alignment platform, giving workshops extra length for long-wheelbase commercial vehicles. A 6,500 kg rating, 2,946 mm between columns and published four-wheel alignment coverage up to 4,501 mm make this a serious alignment platform for fleet, transport and specialist commercial workshops. MONARCH 65HDA is intended for facilities that need alignment capability across heavier and longer vehicles rather than simply a higher-capacity passenger-vehicle bay.

Workshop fit

The 7,252 mm overall length makes workshop planning critical. Confirm clear bay length, door position, alignment machine location and vehicle approach before selection. Vehicle total mass, axle loads, wheelbase, track width and tyre position must all fit within the published envelope. The source gives a 2,353-4,501 mm four-wheel alignment range and up to 5,259 mm for two-wheel alignment. Verify slab/anchors, power, air and offload access for the heavy platform.
