Product overview

The Iron Lift X-RISE 45AX combines wheel-alignment capability with an integrated 4,000 kg auxiliary scissor, allowing a single bay to support alignment work and wheel-free service operations. The main platform is rated to 4,500 kg and incorporates auto-reset rear slip plates and adjustable turnplate pockets. Each main platform is driven by two hydraulic cylinders to support synchronised movement. Electromagnetic air-control mechanical locks and a low-level automatic safety stop form part of the safety system, while the control cabinet can be installed on either the left or right side of the bay. The auxiliary scissor extends from 1,600 mm to 1,975 mm and rises 511 mm, providing wheel-free access while the vehicle remains positioned on the main alignment platforms.
